Job Description

Assembly Department Operator

-Monitor automated assembly equipment

-Perform parts checks and inspection using various gauging equipment

-Restocking components on assembly equipment

-Charting of production data and quality checks

-Packing and visual inspection of bearings

-Ability to achieve quality levels and production targets

Electrical Maintenance

-Advance knowledge of electrical/electronics repair and maintenance of automated automotive manufacturing equipment
-Lay out, install, modify and maintain production machinery; program equipment as needed
-Install electrical fixtures, systems and assemblies and electrical conduit
-Troubleshoot and remedy electrical trouble
-Work from and update wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints
-Prefer associates degree in electronics or related field and two years experience in manufacturing with PLC experience
